Chefs Table - How far in advance?

I just booked a sailing for March '23 on the Magic. How far in advance can I book the Chefs Table? I didn't see it in the specialty dining yet online.  I have always wanted to do the chefs table and want to make sure I book in advance on a at sea day.

Chef's Table is currently suspended on all ships for now which is why it's not showing up.  It's not showing on my booking for January 2023 either.

It's showing for my November 2022 cruise on Radiance OTS. No Memorial Day Sale though - $94.99 pp

Radiance OTS is Royal Caribbean, not Carnival.

Oops.... Sorry. I've been looking for info on Chef's Table as I have cruises coming up in November on both Carnival (Valor) and RCCL (Radiance). Got my pages mixed up.

 

However --- the Chef's Table reservation option is showing on my Cruise Manager for both our September cruise on Valor and our November cruise. $80 + 18% gratuity ($94.40)
