Impossible to reach HAL office Rotterdam.

HAL cancelled our cruise with the Volendam. We opted for the replacement cruise offered by the HSL (Norway). Untill now we have not received a confirmation. On our  Mariner account an  incorrect final amount to pay is shown (to be paid by juni 2). We have been emailing the HAL (no response) as well trying to contact by phone. No luck getting to speak to a person. Very frustrating. Anyone with the same experience? Amy advice on hoe to reach a representative of HAL?

Their lines have been very busy with wait times of 30-40m from personal experience. I did get through eventually every time though. Maybe try their US office? It’s not any faster but it easier to call at night when the Rotterdam office is closed.

Thanks Albert. Waiting times now exceed 1 1/2 hrs and still not be able to speak to a representative. When calling this afternoon I got a message ‘this number is not available, please call back later ‘.
