700 extra points for Voyagers Club summer offer

The extra points are supposed to be added to our Voyager accounts before the cruise.

Has anyone here received those points and know how long time before the cruise you will receive them??

 

I'll take advantage of this with a couple of cruises and bump myself into the Diamond level. I want to see it happen with the first cruise before I book the next though. Things doesn't always go as planned with MSC.

MSC is not very good at following through with Voyager club points.

Some have had no issue.

First cruise with MSC, points deposited as promised.

Next 2 cruises in November , YC. Just one deposit of 1500. 
This was during double points for Caribbean cruises last fall.
7 nt and 8 nt cruise, B2B. 
 

Emailed several times, finally gave up. Decided not worth the effort.

Not sure how many points above Diamond are really necessary.

Strange I had a four night cruise in September and December and somehow when I checked my points it came to 1500. I could not figure out how I got that amount but didn’t complain maybe one of the four night cruises got the extra 700 points

Good luck.  I took me over a year and numerous emails to get my promised points.  Even worse, MSC shows little appreciation of their past customers.  In my case, years ago they did not provide the promised gold pin when  status was achieved.  Then they changed the rules and Black Status was simply gone without notice or explanation.  Now you need to sail every three years to maintain.

I got my points added in the last couple of days. 

I emailed mscdirect@msccruises.co.uk my booking details and a screenshot of the email with the offer on last week and they've been added. No reply to the email though

What is your sail date?

My cruise is 8 days out and still nothing. I did write them, and as usual they never bother replying. I'll give it a couple of days and then I will bombard them with phone calls, emails and social media posts until I see the points on my account.

Does anybody happen to be able to clarify the below t&c's for the offer....

 

Terms and conditions

Promotion valid for bookings confirmed from May 5th to June 30th, 2022

It is applicable for all summer departures 2022 until October 30th, 2022

It is not applicable to: Welcome Members or cruises that last less than 3 nights

It is not retroactive and only applicable to new reservations

It is not combinable with other discounts 

 

I'm reading it as cruises 1 or 2 nights aren't included but cruises 3 or more nights are included? I'm tempted to book a 3 night caribbean
