Airport to Hotel Transfer/Introduction to Rome Tour Recommendations

This is fairly last minute, so the highly recommended "Rome in Limo" is booked for this kind of transfer/tour. Are there any recommendations for a light-weight transfer from airport to hotel service that perhaps includes a 3 or so hour "overview" tour as well? We arrive in Rome far too early to check into our hotel, so we're looking for something that is a bit lazy (we'll be exhausted from our red eye flight), but exciting as well. Something to give us a bit of an overview of Rome before we can check into our hotel.
