Is Cheers refundable

We purchased Cheers for 2 upcoming cruises in December and April using OBC for one and OBC/$ for another one. Are they refundable?

Unfortunately it is non refundable.

Yes, you can cancel it in your planner or call Carnival. Absolutely refundable, pretty much anything you buy pre-cruise is refundable from fun shop stuff, excursions and even drink packages.

Yes, fully refundable pre cruise and the OBC credits will go back into your booking order and will be available to use again pre cruise. It takes a little while, I don’t think more than an hour for the OBC to show up as available when you go to purchase something else.
