Are 18% gratuities added if you book a Cheers to You rate?

Yes, that's what I meant.  Reading it now I see my reply was clear as mud.  😆  Sorry!!

 

I did tip an actual dollar per drink extra because I knew times had been tough for the crew while the industry was on pause, but that was totally my choice and not expected.

I booked wife in an upper/lower solo 12/26 on a Cheers To You fare because the third pax fare was $1000+. I'm almost positive each drink had an 18% gratuity added and I also tipped a $1 extra on each slip.

Nothing is added for a gratuities with the CHEERS TO YOU when you order a drink.  The receipt does have a place for a written tip.  The servers do not receive 18% of the value for your order  per drink like if you pay per drink so that $1 makes a big difference
