Mobile Passport and Airside app

Looking for information on how Mobile Passport and Airside work once you arrive at your destination.  We can use Global Entry but this may be better.

Depends what you mean by destination. 

AFAIK Mobile Passport only works at certain US airports.

I have no familiarity with Airside, but presume it is an app.

I think Mobile Passport is only when you return to the US. We've used it many times and it works great... unless there's a glitch, then it's useless. (I know this from experience). We have Global Entry and plan to use that. I'm not sure about Airside.
