Website "Please review vaccination survey"

Hi, I cruise in early August.  I already had done the Health Assessment some time ago and when I go to my planner, both parties show "completed," but across the top it also says this... so I went and checked off the vaccination boxes AGAIN and it still says this:

 

Is that... normal?

No, it should say completed.

I have this same thing,  there is a green check mark above both our names but we have the same notice like you do.

Hmm I hope that doesn't cause an issue for us at boarding.  I have a green check mark by each of the two names and then that.

That's what I am worried about!  I've now done it twice and it still says that.

Off to the side, does it say completed?  Mine does.  But also has the explanation

mark at the top.

I recently noticed this too and put yes last week, but it is back again. Just did it 3 times but it is still saying to enter vaccination status. Ugh. Hopefully just a glitch

Yes, both names say completed and both names have a green check above them.

 

At the top it still says "please complete vaccination status."

I just logged back in again this morning to look and it still looks the same.

 

I also hope it's just a glitch!  We will of course take our cards but I don't want any trouble at check in!

Both cruises I've taken since the restart have looked like my info didn't save on the website.  It has never caused an issue during boarding.  I'm sorry for the unnecessary stress it causes.  I really wish they'd fix the dang glitch that does this.
