Trevor Fountain Posted June 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 13, 2022 I recently cancelled the free coach travel to Southampton in favour of OBC. I did this by phone direct with P&O. No new confirmation has been sent, and as you are probably aware the parts go their website were you login tells you absolutely nothing useful. Is it the norm for them not to send any confirmation when making changes? Do I just have to trust that the OBC will be Automatically applied when on board? I understand why people are getting annoyed with the company's lack of communication, as to me it seems non-existent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ess001 Posted June 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2022 There isnt anywhere online to check your OBC. And its hit and miss whether they send a new confirmation out to you . If you booked via a travel agent they would find it easier to arrange an updated confirmation invoice. If not as soon as you get on board download the My Holiday 'app' and it does show on there.
