So my friend that was cruising with me is no longer able to go. I know I will eat the cost of the cruise but am I correct that I get refunded the port taxes, fees and gratuities? And if so do they do that as onboard credit or refund to original form of payment?

Refund to original form of payment...all port taxes and gratuities....it was done before I got off the ship!!!
