Player's Club/Casino email address

Does anyone have the current email address to Carnival Casino? I'm trying to add a third person and I want to ask if we will keep the free room and funnymunny if we add a person.  I've gotten no reply from casino@carnival.com in three weeks, including two follow-up emails.  I tried searching and no luck.

Not an answer to your question, but I have been able to add a person and keep my perks.  Just had to pay the fee for the third person.  You can call the main number or your PVP, if you have one, and they can do all of this.

If you use www.oceanplayersclub.com you can contact them that way. They usually reply in just a day or 2. If they are not able to help, they will redirect you to Carnival. As Lazydayz suggested, just call Carnival.
