Insurance For Pre- Cruise

Hi -- we're booked on an Avalon river cruise in August with Avalon's travel insurance. My understanding is that our flight to Budapest (using airline miles) and one-night hotel pre-cruise stay won't be covered should something happen. What is our best way to be covered for both airline incidents like lost luggage and medical incidents for the two days? Thanks.

I'm sorry about the delay responding.

 

Make sure that your policy Avalon's travel insurance covers you for your travel dates and not just the cruise.
