Cancellation question

Thanks, but I was not sure what the cancellation fees refer to. It says deposit fees, but the whole cruise is paid for.

  • Cancel up to 30 days before you sail, and get your cancellation fees back as a Future Cruise Credit (FCC).

We had to cancel last spring due to being hospitalized. We canceled after final payment a month before the trip. Princess reimbursed us 25% and the balance came from the insurance minus the money the insurance cost us. All money was return within six weeks. Insurance company told us what they needed we sent it done deal.
