Covid test requirements pre boarding on Celebrity Apex / September 1, 2022 cruise

Can anyone share with us the experience/ knowledge they have of Covid testing required before boarding our September 1, 2022 Celebrity Apex cruise in Amsterdam? We depart the US on August 30 in the morning…no time to get tested are arriving August 31, one day prior in Amsterdam. Do we need to get tested there, or can we self test while in Amsterdam ? Testing, if required must be done within two days of boarding the ship.

Probably still a bit early to know for sure, but I would use the current protocols for Amsterdam embarkations and plan to that.

You can self test. My parents just did this, but their self-test ended up failing. They were easily able to get in person testing that same day (still two days before their sailing). I'm not sure where they went. I googled the name in the email (ASAPtesten) and cannot find an actual website for them.
