Secret to getting a lower price?

It seems that I read a while back that there is a "happy hour price" available through RCC if you book on a Tuesday. Anybody know how this works or have any good advice on the best time to book and get a good price?:confused:

The secret to my success has always been to book early. I booked back in July for the April 2nd Explorer cruise. Lately, I've been checking RC's website every day and sure enough, last Friday it showed up under the "hot deal" section. My wonderful travel agent then managed to switch my inside cabin to a balcony cabin for the same price!! Hope this tip helps someone out there....happy cruising!
