About the online/zoom call testing?

If you have two people, did you do two separate 15 minute zoom calls? Or did you do one appointment? I’m assuming it’s a cost per person/certification vs per appointment. So, together may save effort but not money.

and yes, I have tried online chat with one company, and emailed two another. So far, no response. So I thought I would ask how it worked for others.

We used Onpoint testing booked one appt. for two of us. We went to the theater which was closed at the time and sat under a wifi box on the ceiling. Others said they went to the spa or gym area. We were on the RCCL Jewel. It worked well for us. Got results to e-mail in minutes.
