USA Vaccine company abbreviations per the CDC

I am sharing this because in my state NJ, Pfizer company is abbreviated PFR on my husbands covid record and Bermuda would not accept his vaccination certificate- state government issued unless it had the full name of the company- so I sent them this info sheet so they can easily see it is valid for Pfizer. . Mine was Mod for Moderna- yet THAT was not questioned.

 

I can see why people are traveling elsewhere and avoiding Bermuda still....
