MagnoliaBlossom Posted July 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2022 We are Diamond on NCL and three days away on CCL, so we’ve cruised a lot. But here’s my question. is there any way to tell what special I booked under on my CCL invoice? We usually book a casino rate but aside from looking at cancellation penalty, if the cruise is far out, can I see whether it’s a particular special? NCLs invoices have your codes at the top so you know. Thanks, MB
wemjam Posted July 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2022 (edited) Diamond myself, and I don't believe so, even reading my entire booking document for my cruises it isn't listed. I always have to call my PVP if I need to know for some reason. Carnival does not make it easy sometimes. Edited July 14, 2022 by wemjam

You’re right, they don’t make it easy, and it’s not like getting an agent on the phone is easy.
Bostwick girl Posted July 14, 2022 #4 Share Posted July 14, 2022 I agree! I usually try to note on my pad when I book a cruise what the offer was for and what it included. But that doesn’t work all the time for me either! It sure would be easier if it were on your Booking Details page!

I make pertinent notes there, but when I’m traveling and want to check on something it would be nice if my confirmation showed the offer. Oh well.

On one cruise I was sure I had booked a casino deal with free drinks in the casino. But once on board the ship the casino had nothing in their records that showed I was entitled to the free drinks. That was exasperating, and having the code in my possession -- which I didn't -- would have made it so much easier to get those drinks. Of course, the casino almost always knows correctly when you are entitled to the free drinks. It was just this one cruise that was messed up. MagnoliaBlossom Posted July 14, 2022 Author #7 Share Posted July 14, 2022 That is exactly why I was hoping that the code was hiding in some secret spot I’ve not had a problem with DOU before but we’re living in crazy times
