frankp01 Posted July 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2022 As a companion to the Cunard Announcement Tone I uploaded a while back, here is the QM2 Noon Bell for use as a ring tone. It might be a bit loud and may need to be toned down. Let me know if that's the case and I'll edit it some more. QM2 Noon Bell.mp3
Tonopah Posted July 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2022 I LOVE it! But mister said, and I quote, “Oh, HELL no!” I should tell you he has chronic tinnitus so anything like this is very uncomfortable for him. It isn’t too loud to me.

rsquare Posted July 17, 2022 #4 Share Posted July 17, 2022 Thanks for the noon bell ringtone. I didn't know about the announcement chime ringtone, so I searched it out and downloaded it. I definitely want it as my ringtone, but am uncertain about whether it will keep cycling back if I don't pick up the call on the first ring, or if I need a longer version. I rarely use my cellphone, and since all my friends know this, I'm more likely to get emails than calls or texts, so I sometimes need to spend time figuring out how to answer without dropping the call. I'd suggest doing a dry run.... have someone call your phone and don't answer it. If you need a longer tone, I can create one with as many iterations as you want or need.
