Bernard's Tour

Hello all, 

has anyone recently booked a tour offered by Bernard's?  I am trying to book something, but not having much luck.  The only way I can find to book is by paying the full amount of the tour up front.  Plus they charge you an extra $20 (not sure that this fee is, just just included the final amount).  I have sent two emails to Bernards, which have gone unanswered.  I am booking for 5 people so much prefer to just do a deposit and not the full amount (especially since someone on CC had problems).

I had sent an email a couple weeks ago and never received a response. I sent them a message via Facebook messenger and they responded within a couple of hours. You may want to try that.
