Princess Vacation Protection - Cancel For Any Reason expiration

Has anyone recently used the Cancel For Any Reason benefit of the Princess Vacation Protection plan?  If so what was the time limit for using the Future Cruise Credits? I provided an answer on the Insurance forum based on old information, and I was wondering what they are doing now.  The plan document does not say anything about an expiration date, but I assume there is still one for cruise by date or sail by date or both.  I was also curious if anyone was able to get them to extend the date.

Jersey42, thank you for asking the question for me. I decided to try Princess' Live Chat.  Got a Live Chat agent immediately, and she answered all the questions I have in a very speedy manner.  According to her, the FCC refund under CFAR is good for a year from the issued date.
