Renting a Car in Barcelona

  We are stopping in Barcelona on an NCL cruise but have been there twice before already.  We want to rent a car to drive to Girona, about 60 miles away.  Are there car rental agencies at the port or within walking distance.  Has anyone had any experience with this.
