How strict is check in time? (Galveston)

Asking because I've got one check in time for myself and my 3 kids and another for my wife who was a bit late for hers.  Should I just move ours back or do you think RCL will let her check in an hour early with the rest of us?

They will let her go with you at the earlier time. We did not have any issues
