Exactly why I believe nothing I hear from NCL reps...my husband uses a PCC to book our travel. I ask him what she tells him, look it up, and decide if it's believable or not. Hence my milkshake post a few days ago. 🙂

 

Alas, don't believe anything an agent tells you - once you have that mindset it won't frustrate you as much.
