Yankee587 Posted August 5, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2022 I apologize if this has been answered but I was just curious about the pre-board test proof. I went to my local urgent care in NY (Pro-Health) and tested negative with the rapid test. I've read royals web site on what is needed to show proof. The document I was given has everything except the lab's clia #. I've taken quite a few covid tests the last few years and I don't think any of them have had the labs clia # on it. How strict is royal with this? It's a legitimate urgent care and the results are even uploaded to my patient portal on their web site.
flamingos Posted August 5, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 5, 2022 From what I understand, and my experience, they look at the name of the lab, the name of the passenger, the NEGATIVE, and the date.
Rare OCSC Mike Posted August 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 5, 2022 They don't look for a CLIA #, just your name, date of test, and "negative." I used an online proctor with no CLIA # a few weeks ago, no issues.
