Mactanash Posted August 5, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2022 I posted this the other day but for some reason it was removed. Anyone else get the email from RC about not needing a vaccine exemption anymore? I have had a cruise booked for 1 1/2 yrs. and was figuring I was going to have to reschedule for next year but our whole travel group got email confirmation that we do not need an exemption. Half our party applied to be exempt and half did not yet when we called it was verified that indeed no exemption needed any longer.
soremekun Posted August 5, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Is there a date provided in the email as to when this will take effect?
Rare h20skibum Posted August 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Depends where you are sailing from, or sailing to. If Royal lets you sail, if your exemption is religious, and you are sailing to Any Canadian ports, you will not be allowed off the ship. That is why you need to keep up with those ever changing protocols.
ssb Posted August 5, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Royal Caribbean said, “For those clients booked after August 14, 2022, please await the specific protocol details from us related to those sailings.”
