Holland America - Flexible Cancellation due to Covid-19

Hi All,

Sorry another Newb Question.

I see under Holland America's Flexible Cancellation that you can cancel for any reason up to 30 days before departure and automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit. Additionally, you may cancel up to your sailing date if you test positive for COVID-19 and will also receive the same remuneration.

Does this mean that if I test positive while doing the antigen test 2 days out, I will get the amount paid in a credit for future use?

Also, would this be the case if I book not directly but with a BigBox Wholeseller TA?

Thanks,

TTN

That's how I read it.

Get a PCC. If you have received e-mail from HAL, you may already be assigned to one, check above the salutation. It just makes 'claiming' the Flexible Cancellation so much easier. If you book through (any) TA whether a person or a Box, any changes must be done through them.
