tjm0701 Posted August 7, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2022 I am on an Oceania Cruise that ends in Haifa, Israel in September. We will be staying two days after for a tour etc. Reading about Israeli entry requirements, it says you have to fill out an entry form (available on line). Is this still required if you enter by the cruise ship? And/or, does anyone know if Oceania will supply this on board for filling out on the ship. Thanks. Per https://corona.health.gov.il/en/abroad/arriving-by-air/ you fill it out on line within 10 days before your cruise to Israel . Fill out the form for entry to Israel within 10 days before your flight to Israel, before your cruise to Israel or before arriving in an Israeli land border crossing. • You must present the confirmation of filling out the form before your flight to Israel, before departing a cruise to Israel, or before land border crossing to Israel. Both a digital and a physical copy can be presented. The confirmation must be kept until after the crossing in the border control in Israel, and should be available for inspection if necessary.
