Costa Phone numbers

When we were on the Med last week, We only received $50 of our $100 on board credit. Guest relations on board said a lot of people on the cruise were having the same problem and they sent an e mail to shore but didn't hear back from them, and I would have to take care of it when I got back home. So I called Costa at 1-800-GO-COSTA on Monday and left a voice mail for a Diana Vasquez. I didn't hear back from her. I just called now and asked to speak to a live person in customer relations. They said they have only 1 (yes, you read it right) one person in guest relations and she just retired and they haven't been able to replace her, so currently there is no one who can help me. Can you believe this. I don't believe that a large corporation has NO customer relation dept and when they did it was only 1 person.

 

I remember a while back, that some phone numbers were floating around. Can someone post them please. Maybe I will try those numbers and see where I can get.
