Tours in Heraklion, Gythion and Corfu ??

We have booked a few tours with Azamara but have nothing planned for the following islands and I am now cross-eyed looking and trying to find something to do (not to mention overwhelmed) so might anyone have a suggestion for the following please..

 

Heraklion (Crete) 

Gythion (Greece)

Corfu (Greece)

In Heraklion the best thing to do is go to the ruins of Knossos and the museum in town. 
in corfu we planned to do the hoho bus.
