Worry not! I can't get my security photo to upload either. I'm not spending anymore time on it and it will be taken care of at check-in. The only things you need to check-in for your cruise is your passport, vaccination card and a negative covid test. The rest they can handle at the port.

I was able to take a selfie and then access it for the app.  But, it's true, they can handle it at the port.
