when does it warm for swimming in Bermuda? Hurricanes?

I have never been to Bermuda but have been considering going. I like to snorkel so would want to go when the water is warm. When does the water get warm enough (say80 degF) for swimmng and when in the fall does it cool down? Also, I am worried about cruising there in the summer because of Hurricanes. Any thoughts on that?

According to the table here: http://www.weather.bm/data/climatology.html the sea temps will be in the lo 80's July, August and September. Of course that puts you right into hurricane season with September being peak (I think). My advice: buy some good trip insurance.

Of course I feel that sea temps in the 70's are for swimmin also.
