Help please - the shareholder benefit dept in uk is not responding

I took DevonUK’s advice and sent my application from a different email address (hotmail.com rather than mail.com).

I received an acknowledgment immediately and then a confirmation that the money has been credited on the same day.

 

What is going on? I haven’t a clue but it is so frustrating. I’m sure many shareholders just give up and lose their bonus OBC.
