Arrivecan login

I am able to log into Arrivecan when I use their website on my computer with no problem.

 

I have downloaded the Arrivecan app onto my smartphone and when I try to login it tells me my password is wrong and freezes while it looks like it's searching.

I uninstalled the app and installed it again with the same problem.  Any solutions?

Roll call member reported issues on an upcoming sailing using the smartphone to register or log in - once s/he used a desktop portal to access, apparently, easily resolved & fixed.  They are much easier & friendly to get to on a toll-free #, unlike the infamous Bermuda TA.  Good luck !

Did you really establish a sign in?

Check your password. It must have;

1 upper case letter.

1 numeric

1 symbol 

X number long. 

I had the same problem. 

Reentered password and then could signin.

Not a user friendly site.

Thanks all,

I figured out what I was doing wrong.  I just got a new smartphone the other day and am learning about it as I go along.

Instead of going to Chrome and typing in the web address for Arrivecan I was just clicking on the Arrivecan icon.  Once my brain worked that out I was able to log in.  Technology is wonderful!
