Bethcb Posted August 13, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2022 We were due just 1 day FCC from May 2 and never got it. Last week we got our expenses reimbursed from them for driving home from Vancouver (instead of staying in hotel). Took them 90 days. I’m not even wasting my time trying to contact them for 1 day FCC. Cajuntraveler Posted August 13, 2022 #4 Share Posted August 13, 2022 We were in isolation 1 day on our Alaska cruise last August. Two weeks after the cruise, I emailed HAL the info about the isolation and requested the FCC for the "missed" day. It only took a day to receive a response and the FCC was in my account the next day.
