ON Board Credit

On an upcoming cruise I have $300 OBC. I can go to the casino BJ Table and have them charge my account for $300 and get chips play a couple of hands( hopefully I win) and cash in the remaining chips.

My $300 OBC covers this. Correct?

I've only been able to get promo chips when I use my OBC. Those require you to play them before you cash out (e.g. play $25 blackjack & win, keep a $25 promo chip and get a $25 "normal" chip; play next hand with a $25 promo chip and lose). Not sure if that is still the case, though. Maybe someone on board very recently can chime in...

I have been on 31 Princess cruises and play blackjack daily and never seen them used?
