FCC / Refund

Hello everyone,
I have a question for anyone who has had to cancel their cruise due to a positive Covid test. Back in January we had to cancel our cruise because one of our party tested positive. I submitted a necessary paperwork that same day (testing day required prior to the cruise). I have still not received my full refund or FCC credits (only partial). I keep getting the run around. We have cruise NCL for 15 years (Past 10 years Haven Only) & always loved them best. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know what to do, they still owe us $5,000.

Yes, I have.  Before we booked our January cruise I had $5400 and my daughter had $1051.  All was used towards this cruise. When I had to cancel, I was only given $1900 back and my daughter was given $0.  I have spent months trying to get answers, but nothing.  I wondered if anyone else has had any issues.
