Can somebody tell me where in Florence the drop off for "Florence in your own" ship tours is?

Also, when it says the tour starts at 8.00 am, when could one expect to be there and can make the earliest reservation at some site?

  • 2 weeks later...

we were thinking of doing the Florence on Your Own trip too. Re description on NCL website says it drops you off near the Ponte Vecchio Bridge near St Croce Square. I really like to know how far the walk is from one point to the other.

Signed,

Bad knees, lol

This is describing Piazza Piave, which is 1.2 km/eight-tenths of a mile from Ponte Vecchio, 750 meters/one half mile from Santa Croce, and 1.7 km/one mile from the Duomo.
