Dry Cleaning ruined my suit onboard. Anyone have similar experience?

I am not suggesting this was the case with the OP as I certainly have no way of knowing that.

 

I think sometimes the reason people get bad customer service when they have an issue is because of how they handle the problem.  I have seen people (onboard ships, and in stores, restaurants, etc.) start trying to resolve the issue by being loud, yelling, rude, and angry from the get go.  I always have the philosophy that I will give people the benefit of the doubt and believe they will do what's right.  Most often (admittedly not always) it happens.  

 

Again, not suggesting the OP didn't handle it properly.  Just commenting in general that most often people (and businesses) will try to do what's right if you give them a chance.
