Are unvaxxed welcome in Eastern Caribbean ports?

We're booked on a Thanksgiving cruise visiting Grand Turk, San Juan, St. Thomas, and Half Moon Cay.  Trying to convince some folks to join us, but they are unvaxxed.  Not a Philadelphia lawyer, but from a bit of research the unvaxxed won't be allowed off the ship in Grand Turk?  I think the other ports are okay?  Can somebody clarify since bookings are now non-refundable.  Thanks in advance.

Recently saw on the Kayak website which lists all the countries and what their status is, re: whether they require covid testing and/or vax, that Turks and Caicos is currently CLOSED to unvaccinated travelers. https://www.kayak.com/travel-restrictions?

The Kayak site is a great link, but it isn't updated as quickly as I'd hope. For example, Bermuda and Grand Cayman are still listed as closed to unvaccinated, but that is no longer true. Bermuda opened to the unvaccinated last Monday and Grand Cayman removed all covid protocols for entry on Thursday.

 

As far as Turks and Caicos, it does look like they are one of the very few that are still requiring a vaccination. I do expect Turks will change shortly. Changes are happening so rapidly that no one can really keep up.

Unfortunate for HAL as I certainly would never ask folks to book a cruise until the restrictions are lifted.  Hopefully it will come soon.
