Gotta love those Crown and Anchor folks...I realized that I was only showing up as a gold member when in fact I should now be platinum. I called Crown and Anchor and it turns out that one of my cruises wasn't showing up in my record. The rest of the family was credited for that particular cruise but not me. The rep asked me if I had any pictures of myself on that cruise and I knew that I probably still had my SeaPass card from that trip. She said to fax it in and they could credit me. I did and she did. Within an hour! AND she called me back to tell me it was taken care of. Moral of the story...see the title! :)

Hi Debbi...Same thing happened to me, except they didn't have FIVE old cruises on my account. Thank heaven I had made some cruise albums, and all my "Sea Passes" were in them! So, everyone, Save Your SeaPass Cards!! Helen

I just called C&A b/c we never recieved luggage tags when we turned Diamond...they simply ordered them and hopefully we will get them before our May 7th Hawaii cruise. :D
