I just seen this on the daily. What is it?

you bid on a seahorse statue (it initially started at $250 i think, but sounds like they start at $50 now), and if you win, you decorate it with the artist.  on another day, you participate in a sea horse race, where they set up a board and place all the seahorses at the start of the "track" and roll dice to see how many spaces each horse moves.  first horse at the finish wins $
