Need Help with Check-in

We are travelling with friends on the Magic in November.  Our reservations are linked.  In order to check in at the pier at the same time, I’d like to do the on-line check-in for all four of us. 

 

Will I be allowed to check them in?  If necessary, they have given me all of their account and login information. 

 

Do I have to do check-in on the Hub app, or can I do it on my computer?  I don’t have access to their Hub app.  What information/documentation do I need to check them in?  Can I just get images of their passports and vax records?  Do I need anything else?

To be honest, just to get the boarding times, you don't need any documentation at all.  Simply select "cash" for the on board account and "birth certificate" for the citizenship documentation.  It can all be changed later or when checking in at the port.

 

You can check in on a computer (I always do).  For reference, if you select check-in on the HUB app, it redirects you to the website to complete the check-in, so you are never actually checking in ON the app.

You can pick the arrival time only and everyone can complete the rest of the check later. You can have bookings ready on your computer, phone, and/or tablet, at 12:01amEST and select the same arrival time for all. They can enter their passport and credit card info at their convenience.
