Does Princess have any Customer Service at all?

Hi All,

I have a cruise booked, tried to register on their website and it wont let me because it will not accept any password I try.

I have called, waited on hold for 2 hours (thankfully I can multi-task) finally just hung up.  Tried calling again today with no luck.  Did leave my number for a call back but that was a couple of hours ago...no response.   How in the world can anything get accomplished with this type of service?  While I have taken numerous cruises only 1 with Princess in the past.  It was fine.  I booked this upcoming trip in mid October as it has a really nice itinerary.    Just wonder if anyone else has had a hard time with customer service from Princess.  Thanks

I'm sure you've seen this...but just in case you haven't:

 

Password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least three of the following:

• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 number (0-9)
• 1 special character ( !@#$*&()_{}+,.?- )

 

Example: Te$ting123 would be an acceptable password.  It contains all 4 type of characters...not just the 3 "required" types

 

Maybe we can help...what is the error message you get when you try to register?
