I am only relating what I found on the TSA website.  Which airlines require or recommend a cremation certificate?

Delta requires documentation, United recommends it, and American requires no documentation for domestic flights.

My daughter flew from WI to FL on Southwest with the urn.  She had all the paperwork but was not asked for it. Always better to have it and not need it than the alternative.

TSA Security was also very respectful when doing what they needed to do.
