Port of Tampa tour

We are ending our TA on the Celebrity Constellation in Tampa. We are looking at the Tampa tour that includes a transfer to the airport after the cruise. Has anyone done this tour? If so, do you think it was worth it? The tour description the Celebrity site is not very descriptive.

I don’t know of that tour.  But if the tour goes to Ybor city take the tour!

The description says it goes to Ybor and University Of Tampa.. The property of UT is beautiful...sits right along Riverwalk. Ybor is a historic part of Tampa...just not so sure how much going on if you are there very early in the day.
