Dunn’s River Party Cruise - has anyone done this one recently?

Wondering if anyone has done this before and if there is anything to do on the beach while others climb the falls? Are some allowed to stay on the boat if they choose? Don’t want anyone bored in the group 😀

I have not been there for 20 years so not sure how it looks now.

We did this excursion through Carnival in Feb of 2022.  It was really fun.  The party cruise is just a short ride to the falls but on the way back they serve all drinks (all you want) and our got crazy in a good way.  Everyone just had a good time.  

 

As far as other stuff to do at the falls.  I don't think you could stay on the boat but that would be boring anyway.  You can actually walk up the falls on land beside those in your party.  There are also a couple of other sight seeing things there, but you are on a pretty tight timeline so they would have to be mindful of that.  There is also a small beach area but not really anything going on there.  I don't think they had any chairs to rent or anything but I could be mistaken.
