Help please…Trade Routes of the Middle Ages

We are trying to complete the Spain spth form but After two calls to Viking and two different responses, we are not flying into Spain but coming on Viking Jupiter.  What do we need to do please?

Apparently, you don't need to fill out the form if you are vaxed and boosted.  See this thread from the Princess board

Edit:  If you're like me, you'd go ahead and fill out the form.  I'd put the ship name in place of flight number.

It will be spelled out for you in MVJ. And if you’re just disembarking from Viking Jupiter and there are any requirements Viking will let you know what they are.

Try not to worry about it. Since you will be arriving by ship, Viking will make sure that you complete any requirements. We were on this itinerary in April and had an entry requirement for Belgium. Viking sent information to our stateroom on how to complete it, and if needed, help was available from Guest Services.

The Netherlands also requires a form be completed. We left on a river cruise from Amsterdam two months ago. No one asked for this form. We will also be on the Trade Routes cruise with you. We are not sweating it. We figure Viking will let us know while on the ship of any forms to be completed.
