Embarkation which check in line? Aurea or Diamond

Hi there, travelling solo out of Miami on Seashore in October. 

Is there one big check in line outside the terminal?  It does not matter Aurea or Diamond? 

Just line up with the crowds until you get in the terminal to really check in Aurea/Diamond?   thanks so much for any replies.
