No bar tab on "free cruise"

I've just booked a cruise using my access key and on the website it said November cruises had a $300 bar tab included. Mine isn't appearing on my add ons and wondered if that was because I booked using a access key. I'd totally understand if that perk wasn't included but just wanted to check

i checked this as looking to book one using an access key and it’s in their terms and conditions that its not included when using an access key.

Not sure what an "access key" is, but will add a casino booking does not include that $300.
